Connected Tennessee, an independent non-profit organization, works with a wide array of Tennessee entities to make the cost of technology expansion go down and the ease of doing business go up. The Diocese of Owensboro Site Launches

Red Pixel Studios and The Diocese of Owensboro announce the launch of the new Diocese Web site.

The Diocese of Owensboro is located in the western portion of the state of Kentucky. Since its beginning in 1937, the Diocese has grown from 33 parishes and 19 missions of western Kentucky to 79 parishes and two Newman Centers.

Church attendance rates in the Diocese of Owensboro are among the highest in the nation, with an average of 60% of registered members attending Mass on a typical Sunday.

The Diocese supports 19 Catholic Schools (which includes 3 high schools and a university), a hospital, two retirement homes and several religious orders.

The Diocese benefits from an abundance of ministries and opportunities for Catholic education and faith formation. These opportunities include Brescia University credit-bearing classes, small group faith sharing, and retreats for young and old.
